**The Company**:
Established in 2001, EPM Projects is a privately owned and independent project management consultancy, based in Sydney. We manage building projects across a range of sectors including education, retirement living and aged care, commercial office fitouts, and healthcare.
Our senior management is actively involved in projects and takes pride in maximising project outcomes for clients through a strong commitment to innovation and team work.
We act as the client's representative on projects, and oversee the entire lifecycle of building projects from business case and concept design, to tendering, to construction delivery and contract administration, through to handover to end users. We deal with suppliers like designers and contractors on behalf of clients.
**The Position**:
This is a full-time, Project Coordinator role. You will work closely with and learn from a Project Manager. You will be responsible for administering, monitoring, and updating information to track project progress including reporting critical project data.
You will work proactively to ensure that reports and other tasks are completed on schedule and help where necessary to ensure projects are completed in line with business objectives. The role includes:
- Coordinating all phases of planning, design, and tendering
- Reviewing and monitoring meeting schedules and project programmes
- Project Administration including consultant and construction related contracts
- Liaising with, and coordinating with clients and project stakeholders
**The Person**:
You should possess the following qualities:
- You have the ability to ask the right questions at the right time and you are not afraid to query unspecified assumptions. Strong communication skills (verbal & written) are a must.
- You are well organised and have no problems meeting strict deadlines.
- You connect with people easily.
- You believe you would thrive with personal and dedicated coaching that a small, close-knit team can offer.
- We provide client-side project management, not construction-side so the role is largely desk/office/home based, occasional travel to site will be required
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and/or 12 months experience in a relevant field is desirable but not essential
- Salary is $92,925
Pay: $92,925.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Chatswood NSW 2067
Application Deadline: 06/06/2025
