Service Stream’s Telecommunications division are currently seeking a project coordinator to join our team.

Nature of position: Permanent, Full Time

Location: Chatswood, New South Wales

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

- Day-to-day co-ordination, allocation, scheduling and completion tracking of field tasks as prioritized by the team lead including service assurance
- Communication with customers and building managers directly to manage all pre-field services workflows, enquiries and information validation
- Co-ordination of logistics and distribution of field services hardware to technicians where required triggers
- Responsible for accurate and timely entry of information in various client sytems related but not limited to: - Scheduling information and reassignments - General notes and updates on current scheduling status and roadblocks
- Acts as an escalation point for a respective order under the scheduler’s control and management
- Respond to incoming IVR phone queries
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to obtain relevant information where required
- Live the ServiceStream values and demonstrate role model behaviour in punctuality, reliability, collaboration and compliance with ServiceStream’s Code of Conduct, Work Health & Safety policies and wider business policies and procedure

About you
- Exceptional customer service attributes, particularly the ability to communicate in a concise, polished and professional manner
- Project management experience desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in customer service or an operations environment
- Sound understanding of fixed line telecommunications principles
- A natural at tying up loose ends - ensuring that people and parts are where they need to be when they should be, and paperwork / data entry is always 100%
- A born organiser who keeps their cool in a busy, multi tasking environment
