**About the role**:
To provide an executive level of administrative, project planning, team support and services to the National Director of Education and education team to ensure efficiency and execution of school wide events and improvement initiatives.
**What the role looks like**:
In this varied role, you will have the opportunity to make process improvements to enhance operational efficiency:
- Develop and maintain internal communications for Aspect Education, ensure content is up to date on the Intranet, team newsletters & school annual reports
- Coordinate key education projects and initiatives in support of the work undertaken by the deputy directors and curriculum / safeguarding managers - this will include event logistics, project coordination and planning support
- Provide administrative support to the deputy directors on the committees they chair including sponsorship committees, restricted practice panels, and identified curriculum reform projects
- Undertake a variety of research, project and committee support activities, including coordination and preparation of plans, reports, meeting minutes prepared in a timely fashion, correspondence, agendas and papers are distributed on time, along with relevant supporting documentation
**Who you are**:
We are looking for someone who has:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience providing project coordination and planning to a senior executive and their team including event management with the ability to coordinate various project teams
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (written & oral) and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to quickly understand strategic priorities and influence key stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to display initiative to achieve outcomes with mínimal supervision
