**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Optimize marketing campaigns**: Continuously monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, including conversion rates, click-through rates (CTRs), cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and other key performance indicators (KPIs). Identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies to maximize ROI.

**Conduct data analysis**: Utilize various analytics tools and platforms to gather insights, analyse and interpret marketing data for informed decision making. Generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

**Collaborate with cross-functional teams**: Work closely and collaboratively with internal resources and external agencies/contractors to deliver creative and content aligned to deliver the marketing plan, and execution of quality deliverables.

**Stay updated on industry trends**: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in digital marketing. Research and evaluate emerging technologies and tools that can enhance campaign performance and deliver optimal results.

**Budget management**: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and allocation based on performance goals. Monitor spending and provide regular reports on budget utilization and ROI. Prepare recommendations for adjusted investment where opportunities present.

**A/B testing and experimentation**: Conduct A/B tests and other experiments to optimize campaign performance, improve conversion rates, and drive continuous improvement.

**Performance tracking and reporting**: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop regular reporting mechanisms to track progress against goals. Present performance reports and insights to key stakeholders and make data-driven recommendations for future marketing strategies

**Requirements**:
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Have an analytic mindset and be able to interpret and make recommendation.
- Experience in an Agency setting is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Specialist or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms, to gather and analyse marketing data.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from data to drive campaign optimization.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) methodologies.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex marketing concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in performance marketing.
- Experience with budget management and ROI analysis.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM/Engagement (Pardot) is advantageous.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant digital marketing platforms are advantageous.
