**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Advertising**: Plan, develop, and organize advertising policies and campaigns that align with our sales objectives, ensuring they effectively promote the attributes of our services and reach our target markets.
- **Campaign Coordination**: Coordinate the production of advertising campaigns, involving activities such as artwork, copywriting, media scripting, television and film production, and media placement, ensuring projects are completed within time and budget constraints.
- **Market Analysis**: Analyze consumer patterns and preferences, interpret and predict current and future consumer trends to support strategic decision-making.
- **Market Research**: Undertake comprehensive market research to identify market opportunities for new and existing services, including the collection and analysis of data and other statistical information.
- **Marketing Strategy**: Advise executives and clients on advertising strategies and campaigns, supporting business growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies, and programs.
- **Product and Service Promotion**: Commission market research and advise on all elements of marketing, including product mix, pricing, advertising and sales promotion, selling, and distribution channels, to maximize market penetration and profitability.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the logistics, freight, or related industry.
- Strong understanding of advertising strategies, consumer behavior analysis, and market research techniques.
- Proficiency in coordinating advertising campaigns and managing projects within time and budget constraints.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.

**Location**: Tullamarine, VIC

**Salary Range**: $65,000 - $75,000 plus superannuation per annum
