Marketing Assistant

**About the role**: Europcar Australia is seeking a a passionate and driven Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing team based in Tullamarine, Victoria. This role offers an opportunity to work in an international team and to develop project management skills within the ecommerce channel, focusing on Europcar Brand mainly. **Some of the key responsibilities include**: - Be proficient with Europcar’s Content Management System in order to manage site content, site configuration and maximise opportunities from these tools - Create pages and sections to meet country requirements or as requested by the Group - Ensure all pages respect brand guidelines (graphic design and tone of voice) and that sales performance is maximised - Act as central point of contact for all activity: raise, follow-up and fix incidents with central team - Conduct in depth and regular user testing on Europcar site to ensure that functionality works correctly with high level of quality and can be easily understood by customers - Liaise with legal and other internal stakeholders to ensure website is legally compliant - Drive forward best practice customer experience functionality on the site. - Ensure that all group content is suitable for local market (use of language and grammar) and ensure to keep up to date content on all Europcar AU and NZ websites. - Ensure that all new site content (such as new pages or sections) meet SEO guidelines. - Responsibility for adding and amending site content - Express country needs for digital developments (sites, mobile, Apps etc.) in cooperation with central eCommerce team - Implementation and follow-up of group web projects locally - Testing of web developments before go live - Manage creation and editing of Europcar branded marketing materials and digital marketing assets using Adobe design suite (Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator). - Manage print house relationship, stock control and distribution of marketing materials to branch network **To be considered, you should posses**: - 1-2 years’ experience in an Ecommerce / Marketing Assistant role or similar - Proficient skills in Adobe Suite is highly regarded - Experience with website CRM and development is highly desirable - Excellent project management, organisational and communication skills - Passionate, driven and capable self-starter - Creative, innovative and energetic team worker - Ability to use content management systems or former similar experience. - Analytical skills - Strong written skills and use of the English language - Ability to work with Google Analytics is an advantage. - Skills to manage internal and external relationships - Staff discounts (including Accor hotel discounts after 12 months of service) - Discounted car rental - great discounts for staff, family and friends - Global brand and great culture, working with an energetic, supportive and high performing team - Access to Employee Assistance Program - Free premium subscription and unlimited access to the Calm app - the #1 app for mental fitness **About Europcar Mobility Group** Europcar Mobility Group is a major player in mobility markets.
