**Your Role & Team**:
As we continue to make waves within our sales team, it's only fitting our sales enablement team grows too. This newly created **Sales Enablement Manager** will play a critical role in empowering the sales team to achieve success by equipping them with the right tools, resources, training, and content.

This position will focus on optimising sales processes, creating impactful training programs, and ensuring alignment between sales, marketing, and product teams. You will work directly with Sales Leaders to implement team driven initiatives and support all of sales programs as briefed by the Head of Sales Enablement.

This role reports directly to the **Head of Sales Enablement**and is a full-time opportunity offering hybrid working conditions based out of our Sydney CBD office.

**Some of your responsibilities include and are not limited to**:
**Training and Development**
- Design and deliver engaging training programs for the sales team, focusing on skills development, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
- Work with segment leads to enhance and manage onboarding programs for new sales hires, ensuring they ramp up quickly and effectively.
- Conduct regular workshops and training sessions to address skill gaps and drive continuous improvement.

**Sales Tools and Resources**
- Develop, curate, and maintain sales playbooks, battle cards, and other enablement assets in the Seismic Sales Enablement Platform.
- Drive adoption of Seismic, Salesforce and other sales enablement tools, providing training and support as needed.
- Analyse and optimise workflows and tools to improve sales productivity.
- Monitor the effectiveness of tools and suggest improvements or new solutions.

**Content and Messaging**
- Partner with Sales Leads and Marketing to create clear, concise, and impactful sales content that aligns with the company’s value proposition.
- Translate complex product features into compelling sales messaging tailored to target audiences.
- Maintain a centralised repository for sales assets in Seismic to ensure accessibility and version control.

**Performance and Analytics**
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track enablement success metrics.
- Analyse sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve the effectiveness of sales strategies.

**Collaboration and Communication**
- Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging and objectives.
- Support sales leadership in preparing for strategic initiatives, meetings, and presentations.

To be successful in the role, you’ll ideally have at least 4-5 years experience working within a sales enablement or operations role, and strong exposure to B2B sales.

You will have strong communication, presentation, and training facilitation skills, along with a foundational understanding of instructional design. You'll possess excellent project management abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and enablement platforms (e.g., Seismic).

You'll be able to think strategically on one hand and not be afraid to role up your sleeves and get your hands dirty on the other - A self-starter, who will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and proactively solve problems to drive success.

Lastly having a solid grasp of the sales process, methodologies, and content creation best practices will score you some extra points.
