The Digital Solutions Lead ANZ is responsible for building Recordati Rare Diseases (RRD) ANZ digital presence and solutions. This role will be focussed on transforming the patient care pathways for those living with Rare Diseases in an integrated manner, from diagnosis, treatment to post-treatment follow-up, by ensuring analysis and detailed understanding of the care pathways, patient and clinicians pain points and the levers for improving care. Extending RRD's offer beyond treatments, in particular with digital services, and ensuring the accurate deployment of integrated solutions in priority areas is key.
**Major responsibilities**
- Explore and initiate collaborations between RRD ANZ and the external ecosystem such as medical societies, specialist interest groups, patient groups and health establishments
- Engage and develop relationships with key stakeholders within the external ecosystem for mutual benefit
- Ensure the optimal development and implementation of innovative solutions
- Lead the optimal development of services and management of the portfolio of innovative solutions. Ensure the dissemination of tools and resources to the field teams involved with the aim of bringing tangible and measurable improvements in patient care and multiply impact
- Define the overall omnichannel strategy and action plans for Recordati Rare Diseases ANZ in close collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Be a key contributor to the country Agile team
- Work closely with the Global IT to deploy systems to incorporate the omnichannel programmes
**Education, Skills & Experience required**
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or Science preferred
- Strong critical thinking and ability to influence stakeholders to ensure strong strategic focus
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Strong strategic thinking
- 5-10+ years broad commercial and digital experience
- Demonstrable evidence of analysis and communication of complex messages
- Broader experience gained working in different functions
