ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you a dynamic and innovative leader with a passion for social media and digital engagement? Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) is seeking an experienced and visionary individual to join our team as the Head of Social Media and Digital Communities. In this pivotal role, you will shape the digital presence and engagement strategies of CA ANZ, driving the organisation's outreach and impact across social media platforms and digital communities.

You’ll spearhead a team of talented professionals, driving strategic initiatives that elevate CA ANZ's brand in the digital sphere. Reporting to the General Manager - Content & Digital Engagement, you'll be at the heart of crafting and executing digital communication campaigns that set new standards.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Strategic Impact: Drive brand visibility and engagement by executing dynamic social media and digital community strategies.
- Innovative Leadership: Lead a team of experts in social media and community management, fostering innovation and excellence.
- Strong Relationships: Enhance digital community engagement by cultivating positive and productive partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Trendsetting Insights: Stay ahead by analysing emerging social media trends and offering strategic insights on opportunities and risks.
- Effective Oversight: Manage social media accounts and online communities, ensuring alignment with CA ANZ's objectives while handling challenges adeptly.

You are a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in social media and digital community engagement. Your leadership skills are exemplary, enabling you to nurture teamwork and inspire innovation among your peers. Your profound understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and digital trends equips you to navigate the ever-evolving digital landscape with confidence.

- Demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management skills, reflecting your ability to collaborate seamlessly with diverse partners and stakeholders.
- Be as capable leader with skills that can foster teamwork and innovation.
