In addition to **AHPRA RN Registration**, you have:

- **Management experience in residential aged care**:

- **Demonstrated success** **in managing aged care operations** including HR, clinical governance and change management
- **Exceptional relationship skills** to engage and lead your team
- **Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills**:

- An empathetic, resourceful and resilient nature

**Reporting to the CEO, **your responsibilities include:

- **Leading and managing all aspects of residential care operations**:

- Embedding **robust and effective processes and organisational frameworks** to enhance team performance and efficiency
- **Maintaining regulatory compliance**:

- **Communicating effectively and openly**:

- **Delivering high level resident satisfaction**:

- **Forming strong bonds** with residents, families and local community
