Montefiore has three beautiful campuses - with eight care units - all fully accredited and situated within the Sydney metropolitan area. This is a permanent full-time role in which you will be charged with overseeing the delivery of quality care and services. Reporting to the General Manager of Residential Care you will be supported by an experienced clinical and administration team. Additionally, you will be working within a well-resourced inter disciplinary structure that includes dedicated clinical, allied health and hotel services. **Essential Criteria**: - Current RN registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) - Previous management and operational experience in the Aged Care industry - Customer-service focus with well-developed skills in developing strong relationships with residents, families, community partners, and regulatory bodies to foster trust and transparency. - Effective leadership in workforce and financial management. - Strong understanding of aged care regulations and quality frameworks. - Exceptional leadership skills with a collaborative, empowering approach to team development. **About Us**: Montefiore is an award-winning, Sydney-based aged care provider, with a proud 135-year history as a non-profit organisation founded on Jewish values.
