Meriton has designed, developed and built close to 80,000 award winning apartments and some of the tallest residential towers across the east coast of Australia. Meriton offers sales, leasing and property management services, as well as the luxury hotel accommodation brand Meriton Suites with 23 locations nationwide.
With continuous opening of **new Meriton buildings**and acquisition of new managements, our Building Management team is growing
Supporting the onsite Residential Building Manager, this role will be assisting with the overall running and management of a vibrant and active residential development.
You will also be involved with property management and assist with the following:
- Leasing, property inspections and maintenance management
- Building presentation, inspection and facilities management
- Acting as a point of contact for all owners and tenants
This is an **excellent opportunity to grow and expand your career**with Australia's leading Property Developer.
- Real Estate Experience of around 6 months or more,
- Strong customer service experience and an interest in the real estate market.
The successful applicant will be solutions focused with strong communication skills, ready to reach targets alongside their manager and have the ability to negotiate and influence. You must also demonstrate a strong customer focus, computer literacy and a proactive approach to work.
**Saturday work**will be required when open for inspections are scheduled.
