STAIRLOCK is a family-owned business that has been in the staircase industry for over 30 years. We have state of the art machinery in our purpose-built manufacturing plant in South Australia, with sales and installation teams operating in Adelaide, Melbourne, and Sydney.
We are looking for a Sales Administration Officer to support our team in Melbourne. Reporting to the Victorian state manager your primary responsibility will be to communicate with our customers (residential builders), provide customer service, undertake data entry and be a key support for our sales team in Victoria. On the job training and support will be provided.
**Essential Job Responsibilities**:
- Supporting sales representatives from initial sale to finalising orders for production
- Maintaining a call cycle plan for quote follow up with customers
- Building and strengthening existing customer relationships through high quality customer service and regular contact with builders
- Using high level computer skills for accurate data entry and tracking sales in progress

- Confidence to build rapport with builders and the sales team
