At Bis, we are looking for an Administration Supervisor (Lead Administrator) to join our Osborne Park head office and manage a high-performing team of administrators within Perth metro, and across various sites in WA. This is perth-based role with occassional travel to all WA sites.

Your day to day will range from:

- coordination of all administration activity, including systems and compliance;
- organisation of all internal and external reporting;
- payroll & accounts; being the go-to person for all things office related and facilities;
- creation and maintenance of staff and contractor expenses and the suppliers; and
- leading, managing and developing your fellow administrative colleagues.

**To enjoy and get the best out of this role, you need the following**:

- Prior experience within the resources, construction, mining and/or logistics industries (preferred).
- Demonstrated experience in payroll, accounts receivable knowledge.
- Proven** **experience in leading/supervising teams dispersed across multiple sites and locations.
- Exposure to an ERP environment using Oracle or SAP.
- Experience collaborating with various internal stakeholders (i.e. senior leadership team) and external stakeholders to effectively and efficiently address administration requirements and improvements.

Last but not least, our office is based in Osborne Park with available parking, close to public transport and has an in-house gym, cafe and swimming pool available for use.
