We are looking for Contact Center SME for a project based in the Sydney location. You will be a part of a Global Consulting firm for one of their major projects.

**Requirements**:

- 6-9 years of IT experience in Telecom/Call Center (IVR/CTI) domain on Nice Contact Center frameworks Preferred.
- Extensive experience in Installation, Configuration, Maintenance, Upgrades and Troubleshooting of Nice CXOne Suite of products (Inbound, Outbound, Routing, Multimedia & Reporting).
- Experience in Nice InContact ACD/IVR Implementation.
- Developing call scripts in clients InContact BU studio.
- Supporting project in all aspects of ACD/IVR functionalities.
- Experience in troubleshooting of inContact issues.
- Coordinating with customers to understand and resolve their issues.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, and learning skills as well as a keen interest in the emerging technologies
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop cohesive working relationships with Internal and External clients and Business Development skills
