As a senior expert in contact center transformation, you will play a crucial leadership role in driving business growth and excellence in the APAC region. Our team is seeking an experienced Offering Lead to manage end-to-end KPIs for our cutting-edge Contact Center & AI offering.
- With a strong understanding of the contact center ecosystem, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customized solutions to drive business value.
- You will have a proven track record of success in transforming contact centers, with experience in CRM (Salesforce or Microsoft) implementation and exposure to Genesys, Avaya, or AWS Connect with conversational AI.
- A good aptitude for consultative engagements and ability to engage with technology partners to build solution designs and project plans are essential.
- Experience working with cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS & Google Cloud, as well as building omni-channel integrations, is highly desirable.
As Offering Lead, you will own the entire offering area, build and execute a go-to-market plan, design and rollout new sub-offerings, and represent us in relevant events. You will also be responsible for driving business targets across revenue, utilization, and knowledge management.
