Contact Center Transformation Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary leader to drive the transformation of our contact centers.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of contact center ecosystems and be able to develop and implement strategies that leverage AI and automation to improve efficiency and customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive contact center transformation strategy
  • Leading cross-functional teams to design and deliver customized solutions
  • Collaborating with technology partners to build solution designs and project plans
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in senior roles, with a strong mix of knowledge in contact center business processes (60%) and contact center technology (40%). Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft is essential, as well as exposure to conversational AI implementation.

Preferred qualifications include experience with Genesys or Avaya or AWS connect, with a proven track record of delivering contact center transformation projects.
