We have an exciting opportunity of a **Customer Service Officer** to join our team currently located at Darra, QLD.

**Your New Role**:
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will work within a supportive team, and play an integral role in building effective relationships with both our external and internal customers, process telephone sales by taking orders, providing over the phone quotations and attending to other sales related activities.

**You will bring**:

- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Previous experience in a customer service role (advantageous)
- Passionate about customer service
- Experience in dealing with wholesalers, customers and distributors within the electrical, mechanical or similar industries (advantageous)
- Intermediate level computer skills
