A temporary position has become available with a leading dealer for transport and refrigeration and transit air conditioning across Australia. Located at Darra, this role is well supported and works with a fantastic group of experienced and customer service focussed team members. Duties include:

- Providing exceptional customer service through answering telephones, booking jobs and providing customer assistance.
- Transferring data from paper copies into the computer system working in a fast paced team (job cards, parts records, labour time sheets).
- Receiving and processing payments.
- Associated administration duties.

To be considered for this opportunity, you should ideally demonstrate:

- Previous customer service and administration experience in a high volume office environment
- Fast and accurate data entry skills with proven experience processing data accurately
- Intermediate skills in MS Excel and confidence learning/using new technology (experience in Navision will be highly regarded)
- Well developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to organise workload to ensure deadlines are achieved
