**Tasks**
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- The ability to listen to customer concerns and provide information, answers, or responses.
- Lodge warranty claims in the EGR warranty database and provide action that will best resolve a customer’s claim.
- Raise replacement sales orders for service kits and replacement products.
- Source small parts not available via service kits through stores or procurement and arrange for dispatch.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of warranty claims in accordance with pre-determined KPI’s and OEM customer requirements
- Monitor claims and keep claims up to date, providing updates to customers
- Monitor and track claims for transit damage, feedback to Purchasing
- Book and monitor warranty returns
- Review warranty labour claims and process up to approved limits
- Assist the Warranty Manager as directed.

**Personal Characteristics**:

- Experience in automotive or similar industry
- Good organisational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in the use of basic computer systems including Microsoft Word and Excel

**Experience Required**:

- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
- Proven customer service skills
- Experience in Warranties is preferred
