**Responsibilities**
- Lead all sales operations, set best practices, and perform internal audits to evaluate performance and ensure targets are consistently met
- Build and maintain relationships with our global distributors and proactively consult with them regarding their changing needs
- Prepare tender documentation, quotes and contract terms
- Establish an Australian sales presence
- Monitor market conditions and understand our competitors, be able to fully articulate our USPs
- Prepare sales budgets and reports
- Set sales goals and initiatives
- Consult with clients before and after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and provide ongoing support
- Contact current and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain features, and gain orders
- Be willing to hold occasional after-hours web meetings
- Build our customer base through market research and proactive sales
- Work with internal staff to review customer feedback and improve processes

Travel within Australia and overseas may be required.

**Qualifications and skills**
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Science or similar
- At least 5 years’ experience in the clinical diagnostics industry or in sales
- An understanding of transfusion medicine and immunohaematology will be highly regarded
- Experience in SAP highly regarded
- A good work ethic and people skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- immunohaematology: 2 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:
