**About you**

You've been excelling in a similar role and are looking to join a team where you can display your administrative knowledge, client relationship ability and organisational talents. You’re someone with boundless energy, have a keen eye for detail, and you love a busy, dynamic environment

**About the role**

This is a highly varied role, with the responsibility of providing an outstanding level of service to our valued clients. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- managing a busy switchboard
- meeting and greeting our clientele
- coordinating internal and external meetings
- assisting with accounts payable and banking
- incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries and office supplies
- assisting team and special projects and events
- helping to support Workplace Health & Safety requirements
- Have a minimum of one years' experience in a similar role in a professional services firm.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office programs
- A high level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Be reliable and trustworthy, and take pride in what you do
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
- The ability to thrive in a professional environment whilst remaining flexible, calm and focused under pressure
- Initiative to work smarter
- The ability to work independently with limited supervision and work to specific deadlines
- A genuine passion to learn and to build a successful career
- The ability to work as part of a team in a diverse, fast-paced environment
- Experience working with accounting-related software will be very advantageous, but not essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00 per year
