**_care_** is seeking a stand-out rostering expert to join our Client Services team. This is a fast-paced, phone-based role that is integral for rostering nurses to provide nursing services in clients’ homes and the community. The role also asks you to juggle priorities including liaising with case managers, clients and field staff, as well as maintain timely and accurate record keeping. This position will be part of our Home Nursing team at the Malvern office.

**What you bring**:

- Experience in community nursing.
- Contemporary clinical nursing knowledge and skills.
- Experience in rostering.
- Demonstrated experience providing superior customer service.
- A logical mind with an ability to see the bigger picture; rostering is a puzzle waiting to be solved.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- A team contributor that thrives on working with others.
- Committed to resolve client enquires on the first call.
- A desire to providing friendly and professional service to the most important members of the team - our clients and our staff.

**Desirable**:

- Knowledge of Carelink +.
- Contact Centre experience.
- Previous experience working with Outlook and Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
- A background in a fast paced aged and disability service environment.
- Knowledge of CHSP, HACC-PYP guidelines, HCP and My Aged Care Portal.
