**About the role**:
The Supply Chain Manager is a critical role in the Leadership Team and reports to the Factory Manager. This high impact role is responsible for managing the end-to-end scope of activities within the Supply Chain. The position will implement and streamline cost effective solutions and efficient delivery of products providing customers with supreme customer service.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Effectively oversee and manage all aspects of inventory supply and forecasting.
- Design and develop the Supply Chain strategy underpinning team motivation through clearly articulated metrics to deliver on business expectations.
- Implement a sustainable operating model with a focus on being customer centric.
- Review and align inventory planning and processes aligned to best practice.
- Interact and build a trusted rapport with key stakeholders nationally and internationally.

**To be considered for this role, you will have**:

- 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with people from a diverse range of backgrounds, cultures, and capabilities.
- Experience in Microsoft Excel
- Adaptable and agile approach when working under pressure to maintain continuous quality work.
- Build trust and transparency in your connection with internal and external stakeholders.
- Negotiation skills that deliver optimum results and value

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Broadmeadows, VIC 3047: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
