Production Planner

**The Opportunity**:
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Production Planner to join our Supply Planning team at CSL Behring. Reporting to the Site Scheduling Lead, you will ensure production activities are scheduled to support our customer and global supply requirements and site objectives. You will also maintain the internal systems and processes to ensure ERP system reflects the production schedules and inventory.

This is a 12-month fixed term role based in our Broadmeadows site.

**The Role**:

- Develop and publish facility production plans for the production plans for the assigned product/value stream that support time the Global Supply requirements.
- Consult with Manufacturing, Validation, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Regulatory Affairs to ensure the plan is achievable and can meet the Global Supply requirements.
- Work with Global Planning to co-ordinate supply of plasma and intermediates to meet the Broadmeadows site production plan.
- Help maintain the Product Release Schedule for Finished Products and ensure all departments have visibility of product release dates.
- Help develop new products and processes through scheduling of trials, scale up, media fills and validation to routine manufacture.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Tertiary qualifications or experience in supply chain, planning, manufacturing, or related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience working on SAP or equivalent ERP system.
- Exposure to Sales and operations planning.
- 3+ years of experience in a detail planning/scheduling environment.
- Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience in a GMP environment (Pharma/food).
- An understanding of the principles of inventory management and control.
