**The Opportunity**:
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Business Process and Data Manager at CSL Behring. Reporting to the Manufacturing Execution Process Lead you will lead the design requirements and implementation of SAP manufacturing execution (ME) at the site level and lead daily operations including monitoring SAP-MES interfaces and partnering with the value streams to resolve issues and lead resolutions.

This is a hybrid role based in Broadmeadows and you will work with cross-functional and cross locational teams from different lines of businesses and manufacturing systems to guide Supply Chain Processes.

**The Role**:

- Leads the creation and implementation of complex business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders to support continuous business process improvement within Supply Chain and manufacturing operations
- Ensures business requirements are in alignment with global template
- Key point of contact for SAP Key Users and responsible for the most efficient Supply Chain process execution in SAP with focus in Manufacturing Execution
- Responsible to solve complex OPAL label management tasks in collaboration with the Global SAP OPAL process lead and leads improvement initiatives and projects to make improvements within OPAL label management
- Solve complex Serialization tasks in collaboration with the Global Serialization process lead
- Analyze existing manufacturing execution processes to develop global process standards, process metrics, make recommendations, and lead solutions resulting in process standards/templates, potential enhancements to existing SAP solutions and drive business adoption

**Your skills and experience**:

- Bachelor of Science Degree, preferably in IT, Business related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience of supply chain, manufacturing, or data management within pharmaceutical or highly regulated industry
- Experience in SAP Production Planning and Control (PP) module, SAP OPAL, and SAP Advanced Track and Trace as well as SAP ICH required
- Experience in Serialization, Materials Management (MM), Inventory Management (IM), Warehouse Management (WM) and Material Requirement Planning (MRP) modules are beneficial
