Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Lifecycle Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle, from introduction to discontinuation.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer and regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage New Product Introductions (NPIs) and End-of-Lifecycle (De-Launch) processes
  • Oversee printed packaging materials throughout their lifecycle
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for printed materials during audits and investigations
  • Drive continuous improvement and contribute to global initiatives
  • Support vendor changes and resolve supply chain issues
  • Coach and mentor colleagues

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in business or relevant discipline
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated environment (preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), change control systems, and regulatory labelling requirements (highly desirable)
