Supply Planner

**The Opportunity**:
Are you ready to take your career to the next level? An exciting opportunity awaits you at CSL Behring We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Supply Planner to join our Supply Planning team. Reporting to the Supply Planning Manager and based at Broadmeadows site, you will facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration to develop and deliver master production plans for assigned products, meeting the demands of CSL's global network and regional customers. Additionally, you will oversee the site's production planning processes to ensure timely and complete delivery of quality products to customers and patients.

**The Role**:

- Medium to long term planning for key growth product taking into account raw material and capacity availability.
- Point of contact for assigned product collaborating with various departments such as operations, procurement, global planning in the creation of a master production schedule while working closely with short term schedulers.
- Prepare and report Site Supply metrics to monitor performance and reliability.
- Adjust constraint data, BOM structures, planning time fences, lead times, and other key parameters using SAP and RapidResponse.
- Follow up on release prioritization activities, including shipping, packaging, QC testing, and Quality.
- Support long-term capacity planning (3-10 years) by maintaining accurate baseline data, participating in demand planning and site capacity reviews, and developing assessment scenarios.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Tertiary qualifications in supply chain, planning, manufacturing, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in a GMP environment (Pharma/food).
- Proficiency with SAP or equivalent ERP systems.
- Ability to navigate and grow in ambiguous environments during new product introductions.
- Collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in detailed planning and scheduling environments.
