**The opportunity**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a State Production Manager to join the team at Broadmeadows. Reporting to the National Production manager, you will lead the team responsible for the Dismantling and supply of parts to Accident Repair Centres. This is a permanent full-time role and you will be provided with opportunities for growth, stability and security

**The role includes but is not limited to**:

- Leading a team of up to 15 staff, including Mechanics, Dismantlers and Parts Assistants' confirming maximum productivity, safety and quality at all times.
- Liaising with the National Production Manager, Warehouse Operations and Supply Chain ensuring maximum output.
- Managing compliance of contractual agreements.
- Timely processing ensuring up date inventory management.
- Budgetary reporting and liaising with Finance Teams.
- Maintenance of systems and tools required for day to day operations.

- High level of verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Mechanically minded and able to lead a team of professionals.
- Understanding of Dismantling function and inventory of cars.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
