We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic ETS Manager (Cost Controller) to join our team with Clarendon Homes. Clarendon Homes is one of the businesses within the Campbell Property Group, a well established Australian-owned, residential builder renowned for our passionate people, innovative designs, and high-quality homes.
What will you be responsible for?
Your Day To Day Could Look Like
- Overseeing the coding and processing of ETS requests for Clarendon and Domaine Homes
- Acting as the primary escalation point for resolving any on-site issues that arise from both supply chain and internal stakeholders
- Reviewing approved ETS's to identify issues and address root cause
- Producing monthly ETS reports and providing advice on where and how we can reduce ETS, coordinating and overseeing resulting actions
- Completing audits on material deliveries to ensure suitable Delivery in Full On Time (DIFOT) is maintained by suppliers
- Assisting with providing training for Site Managers and Construction Area Managers on initiatives to reduce/manage ETS costs
- Assisting Group Procurement Manager and Construction Manager in producing/updating Scope of Works documentation
What are we looking for?
We Are Looking For Someone With
- Site Manager (or Trade) and Estimating experience, ideally 2 years or each.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Estimating Software (e.g., IPS, Timberline)
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience desirable
- A sound demonstrated knowledge of the construction process and production estimating
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level attention to detail with excellent mathematical skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence and work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
