**What you’ll do**
- Gather functional and non-functional requirements. Carry out documentation by breaking down complex initiatives into segments.
- Analyse and elicit business processes, procedures and practices by conducting research, user interviews, and stakeholder interaction.
- Research client needs and communicating with stakeholders to understand key drivers for the products.
- Manage the product during its lifecycle, ensuring the product is performing at its peak capability through enhancements and fixes.
- Identify risks, gaps and coordinate with team to meet business objectives, while ensuring the product is customer-centric.
- Use process modelling tools and create BPMN, data flow diagrams to supplement requirements.
- Write and continuously manage user documents for implementation in accordance with Agile methodologies.
- Create and maintain training manuals, product documentation and functional specifications for users and the development team.
- Act as the central source of information and be the focal point for the development team for the design and implementation of the products.
- Work collaboratively with the team during implementation process to provide information sharing, assistance and ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Use data processing and modelling techniques, and project management tools such as JIRA to plan sprints, manage delivery and maintain backlog.
- Create test scenarios and test data and conduct detailed internal quality tests to ensure acceptance criteria is met.
- Facilitate agile project methodology rituals such as sprint planning and retrospectives.
**What we’re looking for**
- Experience in building product metrics using SQL, analytics tools such as powerBI, tableau etc.
- Experience in product led approach, Agile methodologies, AWS fundamentals.
- Minimum 3 years commercial experience is required.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications would be advantageous.
- You are keen to work in a highly collaborative agile environment and to contribute to the positive and safe culture of your team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
