About the Job
We are seeking a Production Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the critical path of our production process and ensuring timely delivery of collections into stores. This role involves working closely with various teams, including Retail, Sales, Design, and Production.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate costs with suppliers and maintain margin reports.
  • Track samples and pre-production materials.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely shipment dates.
  • Raise purchase orders to suppliers.
  • Communicate cancellations to suppliers.
  • Oversee production orders to meet deadlines.
  • Manage delivery timelines for wholesale partners.
  • Approve supplier invoices and facilitate timely payment.
  • Onboard new suppliers to meet quality and compliance standards.
  • Lead weekly production meetings and monitor team progress against the critical path.

About You
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in a similar production role, preferably with offshore production exposure. Proficiency in AP21 and strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, are essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are also required. You should be highly organized, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong multitasking and prioritization skills are necessary to succeed in this role.
