About the Role
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including the Financial Accountability Act and Queensland Health policy documents such as the Financial Management Practice Manual, Purchasing Guidelines, and Queensland Health Business Rules. Statutory Maintenance legislation in line with Metro South Health asset management practices.
Maintain high-level expertise in systems used at MSH to develop, coordinate, and monitor standard data activities, ensuring compliance with legislation, policies, and procedures, and investigating anomalies to understand potential causes. Systems include but are not limited to Decision Support System (DSS), S4HANA, myHR, and MS Office Suite.
Assist with the development, implementation, and monitoring of maintenance contracts by engaging stakeholders, ensuring contract compliance, managing risks, and facilitating tender and contract documents in consultation with relevant parties.
