**Role Overview**

As a **Service Contract Officer**, you will play a crucial role in reviewing and coordinating service contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and service providers to facilitate contract execution, track service performance, and support business operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare, review, and administer service contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor contract terms, renewals, and amendments, ensuring timely execution.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve contract-related queries.
- Maintain accurate contract records and documentation in accordance with company policies.
- Track service performance and adherence to contract obligations.
- Assist in negotiating contract terms to align with business objectives.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with service agreements.
- Provide administrative support for contract management and reporting.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Relevant Business-related qualification (Diploma level or higher)
- Minimum 1-2-year experience in contract administration, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze contract terms.
- Business acumen and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, or transport industry is advantageous.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
