Contract Resources, established in 1989, is a rapidly growing global organisation which provides specialised Industrial and Mechanical services to Refineries, Petrochemical and Industrial Plants and has offices based in Australia, New Zealand, and the Middle East. Safety is at the heart of our company culture and our services include Catalyst Handling and Mechanical Services, Tank and Environmental Services, Industrial Coatings, Pipeline Services & Chemical decontamination.

The Warehouse & Purchasing Officer is responsible for controlling the receipt, dispatch, and storage of all items in the warehouse and yard areas. You will be responsible for carrying out administrative and warehousing activities to implement inventory control of Contract Resources equipment, materials, and consumables

**To be considered for the role you will possess the following skills and**
**experience.**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with
- Goods Ordering
- Goods Receipting
- Inventory control
- The ability to work through order forms and ensure the needs of the projects are delivered on time.
- Have a sound knowledge of mechanical spare parts.
- Be able to communicate with workshop technicians and ensure spare parts are being effectively sourced and purchased as required.
- Track orders and provide regular updates on their status and ETA orders and requests.
- Supplier sourcing and performance management
- Pricing negotiations and development
- High regard towards Health and Safety practices
- Experience in completing regular stock take activities.
- Assist with Project Mobilization/Demobilization
- Hold a current Forklift ticket.
- MR or higher is desirable.
