**About Us**

Hi We’re Branderr, a UGC agency for dtc & retail brands. We work with some of the largest global brands and produce user-generated content (UGC) to support their marketing campaigns and events in key regions across Australia/NZ, South East Asia and the USA/CA.

**Who Are We Looking For?**

We're looking for someone to assist our international talent sourcing team helping us to source content creators in Southeast Asia.

You'll be sourcing content creators and influencers to work with some of the largest global brands in this region. This can also include individuals located in Australia with strong ties to SEA.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Sourcing talent (content creators and influencers) with a focus on Southeast Asia
- Build and manage our network of content creators
- Facilitate the signing of agreements/NDA
- Adhering to strict confidentiality guidelines

**About You**
- **You must have an in depth understanding of SEA culture, specifically in regions such as South-Korea & Thailand**:

- **You must be able to communicate fluently in Korean or Thai**:

- You have a passion for beauty, skincare, or fashion
- You’re obsessed with social media and content trends
- You’re no stranger to TikTok & IG
- You’re very organised and able to manage multiple projects keeping within timelines
- You are proactive and motivated
- You’re an effective communicator
- Above all, you’re fun and friendly and enjoy working with people

**About The Role**
- This is a flexible role; you must be able to work effectively from home with some office/team catch up days in Brisbane
- You will be required to work autonomously, finding, and short-listing talent based on briefs provided

**Your Ideal Experience**:

- Experience navigating social media apps like Instagram and TikTok
- Have worked with project management apps like Clickup
- Marketing or related degree
- International students with working rights are welcome to apply

**You must have the right to work in Australia.**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 8-15 per week

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
