Chubb Fire & Security, an industry leader and part of the API Fire and Security group of companies, is seeking an Accounting Assistant to join our Salisbury team. This exciting position is for a result driven individual to provide strong operational support to our technicians, and excellent customer service to our clients.

**General Responsibilities**
To work with the Service Delivery Supervisor and team to ensure that Queensland’s service calls are correctly logged and allocated and that all work is completed with a specific focus on invoicing and purchase orders. Ideally, you will have problem solving skills with attention to detail, a can-do attitude, be proactive and reliable, work well in a team or on your own with a strong work ethic.

**Key Responsibilities of the role include**:

- Updating and uploading data to client portals
- Raising Client work order requests
- Raising purchase orders, obtaining PO approval and sending to suppliers in a timely manner
- Preparing and checking Supplier invoices against purchase orders, obtaining approvals and receipting goods for payment processing
- Reviewing the Sales Orders on Hold to ensure that all the information is accurate prior to releasing
- Preparing Yearly Condition Reports for contract clients

**To be considered for this position you must have**:

- Certificate III or IV in Business Administration (preferred but not essential)
- Minimum 3 years Administration experience
- Customer service skills
- Knowledge of an ERP system
- Intermediate / Advanced level of Microsoft Office suite - Outlook, Word and Excel
- Experience in the Fire Industry (preferred but not essential)
