**About The Role**:
The Client Delivery Associate is responsible for delivering a range of reporting & governance services for QIC clients as well as internal stakeholders. The purpose of the role is to support the Senior Manager Client Delivery and wider Client Delivery team in the execution and ongoing production of high quality and efficient service deliverables across the client experience.
Key accountabilities will include:

- Client onboarding and key transitions (such as Super Fund mergers), including document and stakeholder coordination
- Performing key GS007 controls such as bank account update verifications and authorised signatory list updates
- Collaboratively working with the team to build knowledge by working with SMEs across QIC in order to source final/verified reporting data from various investment teams and database sources.
- Monitoring the compliance to client obligations and enhancing the client experience to ensure QIC delivers a consistent and coordinated approach.
- Collaborative engagement within the Client Delivery team and across teams enterprise-wide establish and maintain best practice client service for existing and future accounts.

**About You**:
You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. With strong time management skills, you are deadline driven and demonstrate a proven ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders. You will also present with:

- Understanding of the financial services industry, operation of superannuation funds, in particular client servicing and middle/back-office functions
- Tertiary qualification in Financial Services, Business or other relevant areas
- Demonstrated previous experience in similar deadline orientated environment within funds management
- Strong attention to detail, and analytical skills, capable of interrogating data inputs and performing quality assurance to ensure accuracy
- Strong process skills and ability to identify areas for greater improvement and leverage technologies to drive efficiencies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a client centric mindset
- Ability to project manage, coordinating multiple stakeholders, with self-driven deadlines
- Quick learner and collaborative positive attitude
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
