We have a fantastic opportunity here in our Michael Hill Support Centre for a keen, tech-savvy individual to work within our IT Service Desk environment supporting SAAS delivery as a **Service Desk Associate**. This is a highly varied role, across multiple technologies, with unlimited scope to advance your technical knowledge and career
This is a full-time opportunity working 38 hours across 5 days per week. This is an ideal position for a recent university graduate or soon to graduate student looking to begin their professional carer within a progressive, fast paced, tech first international retailer.
**_ About the Opportunity_**
- Provide excellent customer care to our staff.
- Be the first point of contact for all Michael Hill employees seeking SAAS assistance over the phone and via a Fresh Desk Ticketing Environment.
- Talking customers through problem-solving processes and escalating issues where required.
- To some degree also provide a level of technical support by remote trouble shooting by using diagnostic techniques and asking pertinent questions.

**_Qualifications/Requirements_**
- IT or related tertiary education (completion desirable however if still studying to be in final stages with high availability for working hours)
- Previous experience in a customer service based role or retail
- IT Service Delivery background (preferred)
- Experience supporting hardware with Windows and MAC Operating Systems (preferred)
- ITIL foundation certified (preferred).
