**Program/Administration Officers**

**About the role**:

- Completing low risk skills assessments for Australian trained tradespeople
- Responding to telephone enquiries through the dedicated hotline
- Responding to variety of written correspondence from clients and stakeholders
- Providing general administrative support to various program areas

**Ideally, you will have**:

- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Well-developed oral and written skills and ability to provide high level client service
- Experience in a call centre environment is highly desirable
