The role will also work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and collaborate with the Data Advisory team to develop effective and efficient guidelines, processes and tools to better support data management activities, and support the cultural change required to uplift the data management capability. A key part of this role is enhancing the existing documentation and tools to support data stewards and customers managing the Bureau's data assets.

To be successful you will have:

- Proven skills in Data Governance and Data & Information Management
- Proven skills in stakeholder liaison and relationship building to uplift capability
- Demonstrated experience in planning and delivering successful and innovative outcomes, including transformation/change management experience
- Outstanding communication skills, facilitation, influencing and leadership skills
- Enthusiasm and drive
