**Job Summary**:
The Engagement Lead assigned to one of Pinkerton's largest global clients, will partner cross functional teams to analyze data and loss prevention in retail environment. This position can be in Melbourne, Australia.

**Essential Functions**:

- Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyse, and synthesize data related to loss prevention within the retail environment.
- Display loss related data using the Microsoft suite for a range of audiences.
- Act as a liaison between the Loss Prevention Team and other departments to ensure effective communication and alignment of goals.
- Lead efforts to identify trends and patterns in loss data, contributing to the development of proactive measures to mitigate risks.
- Provide regular updates to the broader business on the progress and successes of the Loss Prevention Team, emphasizing positive outcomes and lessons learned.
- Actively participate in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance loss prevention awareness across the organization.
- All other duties, as assigned.

- Occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment.
- Ability to adjust focus between close and distance vision.
