**About The Role**

As Endeavour continues to grow and support the community and workplace as a leading disability service provider, we have an exciting opportunity for a Risk & Continuity Specialist

The role will include:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess risks and find innovative controls.
- Implement continuous improvement for effective risk reviews.
- Prepare timely reports for key stakeholders and committees.
- Lead integrated Risk Management system development.
- Review and challenge business risk assessments and indicators.
- Develop policies and tools for strategic objectives.
- Coordinate reviews and enhance Risk Management Framework.
- Design and conduct scenario exercises for strategic responses.

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Minimum 5 years in similar risk-based advisory role in large, multi-discipline organization.
- Tertiary qualification in Risk Management, Business Continuity, Governance, Law or related field.
- Develop and embed risk policies, frameworks, and reporting in complex organizations.
- Lead risk systems, analytics, workshops, and provide strategic risk guidance.
- Develop and facilitate risk assessments, operational risk registers, and business continuity plans.
- Create insightful reports to drive decision-making organization wide.
- Expertise with ISO 31000, Business Continuity Good Practice Guidelines, and relevant frameworks.
- Membership in reputable industry network, body, or organization (e.g., RMIA, BCI) highly desirable.
