**A little bit about the role**:
As Endeavour continues to grow and support the community and workplace as a leading disability service provider, we have an exciting opportunity for a **Talent Acquisition Specialist**

The role will include:

- Develop relationships with hiring managers to understand current and upcoming recruitment requirement needs
- Proactively build and maintain talent pools through a variety of contemporary sourcing methods that meet the current and future needs of our workforce
- Build and maintain strong professional networks to leverage in sourcing needs
- Deliver end-to-end on active roles, including developing workforce segment or job-based recruitment strategies / campaigns

**What will you bring**:

- Minimum 3 years previous experience in a full end to end recruitment role
- Experience in a recruitment and target driven environment and a track record of achieving KPIs and targets
- Hands on approach yet ability to think strategically
- Experience with recruitment/HRM systems; ideally MyRecruitmentPlus, FastTrack or PeopleSoft
- Advanced in MS Office - Outlook, Word and Excel
- Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Card
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources or Marketing & Communications would be advantageous
