**About The Role**

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team.** **You will be responsible for providing advice, support and guidance to hiring managers on strategies and insights on recruitment while contributing to the recruitment cycle.

**Duties include**:

- Manage and deliver end-to-end recruitment, including developing job-based recruitment strategies/ campaigns.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand recruitment and placement requirements.
- Improve the quality and time to hire through innovation and refinement of processes in line with changing workforce needs.
- Maintain systems and databases for transparent communication and reporting.

**About You**
- Demonstrated experience in an end-to-end talent acquisition role, experience in disability services, blue collar or volume recruitment in a large complex organisation would be an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience providing expert advice and guidance to empower managers to make informed selection decisions.
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities and deadlines with the ability to pivot as priorities change.
- A strong business focus, keeping our clients and our people at the centre of what we do.
- Ability to work as part of a team, embrace change and focus on continuous improvement to deliver positive outcomes.
