**A little bit about the role**:
As the Endeavour Foundation continues to grow and support the community and workplace as a leading disability service provider, we have an exciting opportunity for a **Grants Specialist**
- Leading the identification of grant opportunities that support the organisations Purpose, Mission and Values, and supports the organisation’s strategy
- Effectively stewarding key relationships and project managing agreements for timely reporting and acquittal.
- Writing, and editing competitive grant proposal narratives.
- Achieving agreed targets for identifying new grant sources and income generation.
- Developing, managing and tracking all meaningful activities ensuring accurate and up to date interactions with funders is captured and maintained.
- Overseeing funding agreements management ensuring auditing and reporting of grants are submitted on time.
- Identifying new opportunities to enhance and grow the value of grant funding at Endeavour Foundation.
- Utilizing key processes to identify, track and engage prospective funders, ensuring the grants database is up to date.
- Presenting compelling submissions to funders that deliver successful funding outcomes.

**What will you bring**:

- Tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline including; communications or non-profit studies.
- Demonstrated experience in a grant seeking role.
- Demonstrated experience securing significant government, corporate and philanthropic funding opportunities.
- Adaptable communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, to ensure clear and concise information is developed and presented.
- Experience in project management, grant administration, planning and budgeting.
- Sound knowledge of the fundraising and philanthropic landscape in Australia including legislation, practices and philosophy of charitable giving.
