Based in Sydney, we have an opening for a motivated individual to join an exciting part of the business where you will be given support to continue to grow the business and make an impact. Working as part of a small team with the Motiva© breast implant range and alongside the Divisional Manager, you will be responsible for achieving an agreed revenue target and ensuring current customers are well supported.
**You’ll stand out from the crowd if you;**
- Possess outstanding communication (written and verbal) skills
- Have a can-do attitude and can work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and trust quickly with clients
- Can demonstrate a strong understanding of anatomy, especially for aesthetic and reconstructive breast surgery
- Have excellent organisational, key account planning and time management skills
- Have a sense of urgency when responding to internal and external customers
**You’ll be responsible for**:
- Achieving your quarterly and annual sales budget
- Providing clinical support for surgical procedures
- Building relationships with key surgeons (Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeons & Breast Endocrine Surgeons) and their nursing staff by way of training, education and clinical case support
- Building relationships with nursing and practice staff in a surgeon’s clinic/private practice, providing education and training about our products and services
- Ensuring that all surgical cases are properly equipped with the required implants and user guide as per each customers' requirements
**And to be successful you will need**:
- At least 3 years’ sales experience with a proven track record of success in implant sales/medical device sales
- A tertiary education in a related medical field such as a paramedic, biomedical engineer, science (anatomy), or nursing is essential
