People Operations Coordinator

**Your Opportunity**:
We're excited to offer a dynamic and impactful role where you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional HR services and contributing to initiatives that shape the employee experience. In this role, you will take on administrative responsibilities that encompass a range of activities designed to drive operational excellence and innovation, including (but not limited to) the following:
**Service Delivery & Case Management**:
Be the go-to expert for HR policy queries, handling cases through ServiceNow with a focus on high quality resolution. Maintain accurate employee records and process employment condition changes with precision and efficiency.
**Learning Program Logistics**:
Coordinate and manage the logistics for learning programs, including course setup, participant hospitality, and mandatory learning compliance. Play a key role in supporting program delivery and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
**Reporting & Data Integrity**:
Generate insightful HR and learning reports, budget summaries, and invoices with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity, empowering decision-making and strategic planning.
**Project & Campaign Support**:
Collaborate on exciting seasonal campaigns and firm-wide initiatives such as onboarding, offboarding, and graduate campaigns. Contribute to process improvement and automation projects that elevate service efficiency and optimise outcomes.
**Employee Experience & Communication**:
Proactively engage with employees and people leaders, delivering exceptional service by resolving queries efficiently and providing clear, timely communication that enhances the overall employee experience.

**Qualifications**:
To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills & experience could include:
- Proficiency in HR systems including SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and GLMS
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and meet SLA targets
- Experience in administrative or call-centre environments preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong prioritisation, time management, and ownership mindset
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team
- Optional: Familiarity with automation tools such as PowerAutomate and PowerBI is a plus
