Working as part of a much larger Payroll and Finance team, you will act as the first point of contact for all payroll enquiries. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the role requires you to work closely with all members of our dynamic payroll team in order to coordinate end-to-end payroll processes. Specifically, this will involve:
Processing weekly and fortnightly payroll for approximately 1000 ONCALL employees.
Utilising your outstanding data entry (including numerical) skills
Assisting with Terminations, Superannuation and Payroll Tax payments
Month-end payroll reconciliations
Handling all queries from staff with regards to their pay
Other payroll duties as required

**About You**:
**Our Successful Applicant will have**:
Previous experience in a high-volume payroll/administration/data entry role
Superior attention to detail
Excellent time management skills, a methodical and disciplined approach when organising and prioritising tasks
Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with our staff
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
Have a current (or willing to obtain) police check, WWC check and NDIS Workers Screening Check
Can provide evidence of COVID vaccinations.
