**About the Company**

Our client is a care services provider, providing hospital and in-home health solutions, and aged care accommodation, right across Australia. This is a permanent opportunity to join a large payroll team, with future career progression opportunities.

**About the Role**

Your responsibilities will include
- Timely and accurate processing of end-to-end payroll including salary packaging, leave management and superannuation
- End to end payroll processing
- EBA interpretation
- Process employee changes such as status, termination, new starters, higher positions and date changes
- Process terminations and redundancies
- Process allowances and deductions
- Process back payments and investigate overpayments
- Payroll reporting
- Correct any errors in coding and scheduling rules for the Time & Attendance system
- Manual leave calculations, as per EBA

**About You**

You must have experience with Payroll processing, preferably in a large company environment, and be accurate and reliable.

**The Benefits**
- Inner-city location close to public transport options. Parking is available onsite, on a rostered basis.
- 3 days per week work-from-home
- $80 000 per annum + super base, with $18 000 worth of salary packaging benefits. Note that with packaging, this role is equivalent to over $89 000 per annum plus super in a commercial organisation.
